Supervised Teaching (Secondary Mathematics)

Catalog description

The student observes, then teaches mathematics classes under the direction of the cooperating teacher and the university supervisor. The student also participates in professional activities of a teacher, attends all required university meetings, and completes all required university assignments. The student will complete the Missouri Pre-Service Teacher Assessment while supervised teaching. Cannot be taken Pass/Not Pass. Course will not count toward the major GPA. Public Affairs Capstone Experience course. Prerequisite: concurrent enrollment in MTH 492 . Corequisite: MTH 492
