Catalog description
An in-depth analysis of business processes from an operations perspective. Study of specific practices and tools to design, improve, and support these processes in a variety of organizational settings. Use of professional BPM software is emphasized. May be taught concurrently with MKT 675. Cannot receive credit for both MKT 565 and MKT 675. Prerequisite: MKT 364 ; and undergraduate majors must be admitted to degree program.
