Managing the employment relationship and the environment of human resources through the study of the legal, regulatory, and contextual considerations of the work environment. Topics include labor and employment law, workplace safety and health regulation, compensation regulation, and employee rights and responsibilities. Prerequisite: MGT 345 ; and undergraduate business majors must be admitted to degree program.
