The design, implementation and evaluation of employee development programs. Topics covered include: training needs, analysis, learning theory, training methods, validity, and legal requirements. Specific employee development programs are discussed as they relate to executives, managers, and supervisors in organizations. Prerequisite: MGT 345 ; and undergraduate business majors must be admitted to degree program.
