Catalog description

This course examines the unique ethical demands of leadership in a business setting. Topics include emergent ethical issues facing organizations and society including sustainability and corporate social responsibility. The overall mission of the course is to promote ethical decision-making. The course seeks to teach students to recognize and be sensitive to ethical dilemmas , to consider such issues from multiple perspectives, to engage in a systematic and transparent analysis of alternatives, and to take individual responsibility for their decisions and ethical conduct. Prerequisite: MGT 340 ; and undergraduate business majors must be admitted to degree program.
