Introduction to the legal roles, principles, and issues relevant to the sport and entertainment industry. While the primary focus will be on how legal considerations shape decision-making, governance, and operations within sport and entertainment organizations, attention will also be given to contracts, liability, intellectual property, labor and employment, and regulatory concerns across the industry. Cannot be taken Pass/Not Pass. Prerequisite: undergraduate business majors must be admitted to degree program.
