Catalog description

This course studies individual and group behaviors, processes, and leadership. It will allow students to develop the ability to understand individual differences, group dynamics, change, and development within organizational settings and cultures. Prerequisite: MGT 340 or concurrent enrollment; and undergraduate business majors must be admitted to degree program.
