Fundamentals of Personnel Administration

This course is designed for non-business majors. Topics include principles of employee supervision, recruitment, selection, training and development, compensation, labor relations, and separation. This course will be of particular value to managerial, supervisory, administrative, professional, and technical personnel in a variety of organizational settings. Cannot be used to satisfy any requirement for a College of Business major. Cannot be taken for credit by students who have previously received credit for MGT 345 . Prerequisite: 54 hours.
