A course designed specifically for non-business majors desiring a knowledge of management and its importance and application in various fields. Topical areas include: management functions and problems, decision-making, organizational design, managerial/non-managerial relationships, and management job opportunities. Cannot be taken for credit by students who have previously received credit for MGT 340 . Prerequisite: 54 hours.
