Legal, regulatory, and ethical issues related to employer-employee relationship, including employment-at-will doctrine, discrimination and union contracts. May be taught concurrently with LAW 631. Cannot receive credit for both LAW 531 and LAW 631. Prerequisite: LAW 231 ; and undergraduate business majors must be admitted to degree program.
