Catalog description

In this course, students will develop practical coaching skills, including designing effective training sessions, constructing strategic game plans, and adapting coaching styles to enhance player performance. The course will also provide an overview of the key aspects of mental performance relevant to football while integrating essential coaching methodologies used in the highest European Professional Leagues. Upon completing this course, students will recognize and understand various concepts and theoretical frameworks related to cognitive processes at both individual and collective levels in European football.
