Generative AI in Business

Catalog description

This course provides an introduction to business solution development using generative AI tools. Students will explore the frameworks and processes involved in problem definition, model development, and solution deployment. Topics covered include transformer architectures, fine-tuning strategies, and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF). May be taught concurrently with ITC 610. Cannot receive credit for both ITC 510 and ITC 610. Prerequisite: ITC 260 ; and undergraduate business majors must be admitted to degree program.
