Catalog description

A study of the concepts, practices, processes, tools, techniques and resources used to manage the entire life cycle of IT service projects. The importance of financial budgeting, accounting, and reporting will be stressed. Case studies will be used extensively. Prerequisite: undergraduate business majors must be admitted to degree program.
