Catalog description
A basic study of the major economic issues facing the health care industry. Emphasis will be placed on the major elements of economic theory from a micro-economic perspective and how these theories are applied in the area of health care. Identical with ECO 504 . Cannot receive credit for both HCM 504 and ECO 504 . May be taught concurrently with HCM 604. Cannot receive credit for both HCM 504 and HCM 604. Recommended Prerequisite: ECO 165 or AGB 144 .
