-5 Selected topics in geography and earth science to upgrade understandings and skills in improvement of elementary or secondary teaching. Variable content course. Each class is concerned with a single topic or subject matter area. Number of class hours determined by semester hours of credit. May be repeated to a maximum of five hours. May be taught concurrently with GRY 696. Cannot receive credit for both GRY 596 and GRY 696. Prerequisite: permission.
