Catalog description

A theoretical and practical examination of analytical methods used in GIS, including point pattern/clustering analysis, global and local spatial autocorrelation, analysis of fields, spatial interpolation, map overlay and cartographic modeling, and new approaches to spatial analysis. May be taught concurrently with GEO 666. Cannot receive credit for both GEO 566 and GEO 666. Prerequisite: GEO 561 .
