Catalog description

This course is designed to survey how the key concepts of business finance can be applied in the context of a multinational firm. Topics include: the nature and functioning of the foreign exchange market, parity conditions, foreign exchange risk management, and international investment and financing decisions. May be taught concurrently with FIN 682. Cannot receive credit for both FIN 582 and FIN 682. Prerequisite: B- grade or better in FIN 380 ; and undergraduate business majors must be admitted to degree program.
