Leading Your New Business Online

Catalog description

This course provides students with the knowledge of how to successfully grow their business online. Students will learn how to develop the resources needed to grow their new business and how to build and lead their team for success. Additional emphasis will be placed on developing a corporate-level strategy and how to create an effective company culture. Students will learn the current trends in entrepreneurship including the trend of moving from online to offline. This course is applicable for students wanting to start a new online business and students who want to take an existing business online. Prerequisite: ENT 202 .
