Technical Writing Internship

Catalog description

-3 Projects in technical writing, combining academic training and supervised work experience in business, industry, government, academia, or nonprofit organizations. After one three-hour internship is completed (135 hours in one organization), course may be repeated to a maximum of six hours. Students are required to work a minimum of 45 hours for each credit hour. May be taught concurrently with ENG 694. Cannot receive credit for both ENG 574 and ENG 694. Public Affairs Capstone Experience course. Prerequisite: ENG 421 and permission of instructor.
