Methods of Teaching Communication Arts in Elementary Schools

Catalog description

Emphasis on instruction and assessment in the teaching of basic English Language Arts skills (writing, speaking and listening) and individualized instruction in English Language Arts for elementary and middle school programs. Prerequisite: B- grade or better in ELE 410 or concurrent enrollment; and C- grade or better in ENG 105 or ENG 110 ; and 3 hours from General Education Focus on Written Communication and Integrative and Applied Learning; and concurrent enrollment in LTC 420 and LTC 421 . Corequisite: LTC 420 and LTC 421
