Overview of general theories and practices of teaching. This course investigates class content and various methodologies used to teach dance techniques and creative movement. Emphasis is placed on methods for teaching the beginning and elementary level student. Opportunities to develop and implement lesson plans, and to develop comprehensive training syllabi. Public Affairs Capstone Experience course. Prerequisite: permission of instructor
