Catalog description

-3 Advanced inquiry into specialized areas of study in career and technical education: Blended Families, Historic Building Preservation, Textile Conservation, Preservation Techniques, Advanced Culinary Techniques, and International Trends in Hospitality. Variable content course. May be repeated to a maximum of six hours when topics change. May be taught concurrently with CTE 600. Cannot receive credit for both CTE 500 and CTE 600. Prerequisite: senior standing.
