Catalog description

This course provides an overview of organizational theory and administrative behavior in criminal justice agencies, and exposes students to the latest research and practices in criminal justice management and organizations. Effects of leadership decision-making, court cases, personnel policies, budgeting, and planning on the justice system are analyzed. Prerequisite: CRM 210 and CRM 250 and CRM 260 and CRM 270 .
