Mock Trial

Catalog description

This course teaches the fundamentals of the trial process, how to present a case at trial, and develops critical thinking and public speaking skills as students work with case materials to participate in simulated trials. May be repeated to a maximum of six hours. Graded Pass/Not Pass only.
