Catalog description

Structure and function of biomolecules: proteins, enzymes, nucleic acids, carbohydrates, lipids and membranes. CHM 352 and 554 cannot both be applied toward a chemistry major or minor. May be taught concurrently with CHM 654. Cannot receive credit for both CHM 554 and CHM 654. Prerequisite: C- grade or better in CHM 343 . Recommended Prerequisite: BIO 121 or BMS 110 and BMS 111 .
