Introduction to Research in Child and Family Development

Catalog description

Provides an introduction to empirical research and a variety of research approaches common to the social sciences. Relevant terms and statistical concepts will be presented. Research methods and experimental designs, including locating and analyzing research articles from the professional literature will be introduced. May be taught concurrently with CFD 680. Cannot receive credit for both CFD 580 and CFD 680. Prerequisite: 60 hours.
