Catalog description

This course aims to teach students the basics of money and time management, which are crucial for success in college and a future career. Time management helps students prioritize tasks, study more effectively, and reduce stress, making the most of the college experience and future job. Students will also learn skills to handle math and money-related tasks better. The class includes “real-world” experiences to help students succeed in independent living, with typical sessions featuring guest speakers on money management and hands-on activities. Students will also be starting an internship of approximately five hours per week. Cannot be taken Pass/Not Pass. Prerequisite: CFC 110 ; and enrolled in the Bear POWER certificate program
