Catalog description

Discussion of emerging topics and issues in the biomedical sciences. Opportunity for students to gain skill in oral and written scientific communication, and explore and prepare for employment opportunities, graduate school, and professional programs. Completion of a comprehensive, standardized subject assessment examination and seminar attendance is required. Public Affairs Capstone Experience course. Prerequisite: C- grade or better in BMS 308 or BMS 321 ; and 90 hours.
