Study of the nutritional requirements and physical activity needs of the elderly with emphasis on cardiorespiratory, musculoskeletal, and metabolic health and disease. Designed for gerontology majors, gerontology minors, and others interested in aging. Prerequisite: BMS 370 or BMS 308 .
