Utilization and metabolism of nutrients by domestic animals; role of vitamins and minerals. May be taught concurrently with AGS 611. Cannot receive credit for both AGS 511 and AGS 611. Prerequisite: C- or better in AGS 300 or CHM 201 ; and C- or better in AGS 310 or CHM 352 .
