Fall & Spring 3 Credit Hours An introduction to the fundamental principles of employment law, covering the legal rights and responsibilities of both employers and employees. Key topics include employment contracts, labor relations, workplace discrimination and protected classes, workplace retaliation, workplace privacy, wage and hour regulations, employee benefits, health and safety standards, and procedures for resolving employment disputes. Prerequisites: GB 301 and MGMT 350. Prerequisite: Junior standing, MGMT 0352
