Fall 3 Credit Hours Explains the strategic importance of procurement on an organization’s successful supply chain operation. Also, this course emphasizes the impact of purchasing on the competitive success and profitability of the firm. In this course, students will explore the methods applied by organizations to acquire raw materials components, supplies, equipment, facilities, and services needed to operate. Prerequisite: MGMT 0245
