Catalog description

Fall, Spring 3 Credit Hours Designed to enhance students’ ability to assess human movement and care during activity in the K-12 student population. Students will learn to assess healthy populations performing activities of daily living (ADLs) and athletic tasks. Emphasis is to analyze and then coach mechanically advantageous movements and to notate movement abnormalities. Prerequisites: KINE 116, and KINE 340, and KINE 431.Restricted to ES06 majors. Prerequisites: KINE 0220 (course may not be taken simultaneously) and KINE 0342 or permission of the department chair
