Fall & Spring 3 Credit Hours designed for students pursuing a degree in Physical Education who already had prerequisite knowledge of human anatomy and physiology. Emphasis is on the effect of varying levels of exercise intensities and types of environment on the physiological systems, human movement, performance and general health. Topics include physiological principles in bioenergetic, neuromuscular, musculoskeletal and cardiorespiratory systems and their response under stress to exercise and environment. Prerequisite: BIO 180 or 201. Restricted to ES06 majors. Prerequisites: KINE 0103 or KINE 0113 , and BIO 0201 or BIO 0221 or BIO 0180 , and KINE 0342 and KINE 0385
