Intro to Electronics and Fluid Power Technology

Fall 3 Credit Hours Introduces electrical principles and fluid power systems used in modern industrial applications. Students will develop theoretical knowledge and practical skills across two integrated modules. The first module focuses on fundamental electrical concepts including AC/DC circuits, electrical components, and measurement techniques. The second module explores hydraulic and pneumatic power generation, distribution, and control systems. Emphasis is placed on practical applications, laboratory experiments, and problem-solving. Two-hour lecture, two-hour lab per week. Prerequisite: Students must have MATH 130 or higher (not MATH 131 or 135) with a grade of “C” or better or Math ACT score of 27 or higher
