Graduate Seminar in Historical Research

Catalog description

Fall 3 Credit Hours Research seminar emphasizing primary source research and secondary source analysis. Students will produce a 25-30 page research paper based on original historical interpretation. Topics vary, and pertain to an era or historical problem of special interest to the instructor and students. Students must earn a grade of C or higher to apply this course to any graduate program for credit. Prerequisites: Graduate Standing or Consent of Professor
