Fall 3 Credit Hours A study of Healthcare Quality Management, Patient Safety, Healthcare Risk Management, and Healthcare Governance. The course focuses on quality management and patient safety in healthcare organizations. In addition, this course explores the relationship of quality and patient safety with Risk Management and Governance in healthcare organizations. Prerequisite: HA 0360. Prerequisite: HA 0360 with a ‘C’ or higher or Department Chair permission
