Fall 2 Credit Hours This course is a study of the patient experience in healthcare. It examines the role of healthcare workers and organizations in creating the experience, interactions between healthcare workers and patients involved in the experience, patient perceptions of the experience, and the importance of the patient experience across the continuum of healthcare. Prerequisite: Junior or Senior standing
