College Composition I (Writing Intensive)

Catalog description

Fall, Spring & Summer 3 Credit Hours An introduction to the principles of college-level writing and critical thinking. Students will write a number of essays for a variety of purposes and audiences. Successful completion of the course permits the student to enroll in ENG 0102 . Students demonstrating exceptional ability as indicated by Writing Placement scores may take ENG 0111 . Prerequisite: English ACT score 18 to 28 or ENG 0080 with a grade of ‘D’ or higher. MOTR: ENGL 101
