Assessment of Student Learning

Catalog description

Fall, Spring 3 Credit Hours Designed to familiarize students with types of assessment and data analysis in educational settings. Emphasis is placed on designing effective assessment instruments, collecting, and analyzing P-12 student data to inform instructional decisions. Students will experience opportunities to apply assessment practices in simulated school environments and to collaboratively make data-driven decisions in support of P-12 student learning. Prerequisites: EDUC 0321 , EDUC 0329 , and EDUC 0423
