Integrated Elementary Methods Practicum

Catalog description

Fall, Spring 3 Credit Hours Clinical field experience in an elementary classroom with pragmatic application of differentiated instructional strategies, learning activities, and assessment. Candidates will plan, teach, and assess integrated content in an authentic learning environment supervised by a cooperating teacher for this 75-hour practicum. Prerequisites: EDUC 0342 , MATH 0120 , general education sciences courses, and GEOL 0211 . This course is taken the semester prior to candidate teaching with concurrent enrollment in EDUC 0343 , EDUC 0470 , EDUC 0312 and either EDUC 0311 or EDUC 0322
