Fall, Spring & Summer 3 Credit Hours A basic course that explains the organization, operation, and goals of the U.S. economic system with emphasis on basic principles and concepts; measurement, determination, and stabilization of national income; unemployment and inflation; the role of money and monetary policy; fiscal policy; economic growth; international finance; and current economic problems. Co-requisite: MATH 0030 or above. MOTR: ECON 101
