Environmental Ethics and Justice

Catalog description

This Communication Emphasized course studies complex moral issues concerning our relationship to the environment and the ethical foundations of our environmental responsibilities. Discussion topics may include: conservation, resource development, pollution, toxic substances, future generations, the built environment, endangered species, and the unequal distribution of environmental harms and protections. Prerequisite: Any philosophy course.
