Catalog description

This is a seminar-style course that will study Martin Luther King, Jr. as a Social-Political Philosopher. As such, students will be critically discussing the philosophical themes in King’s writings with an aim to understand his philosophical outlook, consider the merits or demerits of his philosophical outlook, and apply his philosophical outlook to contemporary social-political issues in America.
