Catalog description

This course reviews how state and federal laws impact pharmacy practice. Students learn how pharmacists make daily decisions to remain in compliance with the state’s laws and apply lawful approaches where they practice. The course prepares students for taking the professional pharmacy licensure exam by exploring multiple scenarios that are practice based, requiring interpretation based on an understanding of which federal and/or state laws to follow.
