Catalog description

This course provides interactive sessions to develop skills necessary for the doctoral level researcher. Students will learn advanced literature search strategies using library and internet tools; processes of scholarly publication, including the development and online submission of original manuscripts; and will be introduced to a research database. Students will develop strategies to plan for collateral courses to support their research and will develop a mentorship plan. Students will practice professional presentation skills.
