Catalog description

This course provides a systematic approach to collection and documentation of advanced health/physical assessment, including the comprehensive history, physical, and psychological assessment of signs and symptoms, pathophysiological changes, psychosocial, cultural variations and social inequalities of the patient. The assessment should be conducted within the context of the family and community, incorporating cultural and developmental variations, and the needs of the patient.
