Catalog description

This is the second of two courses exploring the management of complex acute, critical, and chronically ill pediatric patients with urgent and emergent conditions. The focus is on alterations in pathophysiology, advanced assessment, diagnosis, and collaborative management of infants, children, and adolescents with selected episodic/chronic health problems in acute/critical care. This course consists of 3.5 credit hours of didactic content and 3.5 credit hours of clinical (288.75).
