Students will learn the fundamental skills required to acquire, clean, transform, manipulate, and analyze data in a computing environment that fosters reproducibility. They will also understand the fundamentals of databases and data querying techniques. This course provides an intensive, hands-on introduction to specialized data and programming languages (e.g., SQL) and explores how applied AI-driven solutions can enhance and streamline data management processes while highlighting their broader implications for efficiency and transparency.
