Catalog description

The course provides instruction in basic (non-trial) skills and knowledge of law required of practicing prosecutors and defense attorneys. Students will learn how to effectively prosecute a case and represent a criminal defense client in pretrial proceedings. This course provides legal instruction and skills training in the stages from criminal arraignment through plea and sentencing.
